Well hello there, Oki. You're looking especially eye-burningly colorful today.

I just mashed this out in less than an hour, felt a sudden need to draw something cheery and ridiculously colorful. The title stems from how her wing feathers remind me of those rocket popsicles you can by from ice cream trucks. Anyone know what I'm talking about? xD

She got a bit of a redesign, some things I just felt needed a change, some to make it easier for me to draw her. Her bangs got shorter and messier, one of her ears is now mangled, (I've been through tough things over the past year, so she has, too,) her tail did a complete 180 from GIANT FLUFFY SNAKEY THING to mostly buttfluff. I adopted a generally more sheepdoggy feel for her, taking things especially from the Australian Shepherd. Also, that heart-shaped mark on her side is new. And obviously some changes to her wings happened. I'm gonna miss those polka dots, but they were just too much for me to draw. I kept her spots in her ears.on her tongue/pawpads, though.

I wonder why I don't draw her more often.
