UPDATE: THEY WON! OMG! I am so happy! And Erlkönig got the title of the Reserve Champion!

I didn't have the time to finish my other two entries
And I am absolutely NOT satisfied with the result I guess that happens if you don't draw for weeks

My entry for Ocean View Equestrian Center's High Tide Tournament - Show Jumping . It shows Erlkönig EDS and Zoey Sutherland in a Level 2 Class. GO, Erlkönig, GO!

Start No. 15 Zoe Sutherland for Elbdale Stables with Erlkönig EDS (TRAK)

Story
"I am going to die today", said Zoey exhausted after they had taken the third warmup obstacle and stopped at the fence where Diego was watching. It was Erlkönigs first big competition and he was even more irrepressible than usual. Zoey shook her arms, Erlkönig was pulling so hard that her hands already were numb.
"He maybe took that huge oxer over there a little bit too fast, but don't worry, he jumps as great as usual. So if he can manage not to break is legs, and you can manage to stay in saddle, I am pretty sure you'll get a good placement." Diego smirked.
"Ha, ha, very funny, Mister I-am-too-afraid-to-jump-over-two-hand-obstacles! This isn't funny. Erlkönig is going to kill us both!" she sighed desparately.
"Oh, that would be too bad! David just rejected a 6-digit offer for Erlkönig..."
"HEY! What about me? I fear for my life and all you're thinking about is business!" she pouted.
"You're right. A dead rider and a dead horse is a too high risk for Elbdale. I'm not sure if the insurance would pay..."
"IDIOT!" Zoey turned the whip and hit Diego on his back.
"OUCH! HEY!" he rubbed his back. "Ooookay, you won. I normally do not tolerate the use of other bits than snaffles and curbs, but considering the fact that you normally are able to handle him with snaffle, I'll exceptionally allow you to use a pelham today. I'll go back to the trailer and bring the bit."
Zoey was relieved. At least a little bit more control would give her a safer feeling.

After Diego talked to the guards and made sure that pelhams were allowed in this class, they changed the bit and Zoey took another warmup jump. Erlkönig was still thrilled and didn't want to wait for Zoey's aids, but he was controllable now.

Then the bell rang and they called for number 15, Zoe Sutherland and Erlkönig.

Zoey turned the stallion and trotted to the entrance. When they passed Diego, she smiled and said "We sure are not getting timeout penalties today."

Result: 1/15! NO PENALTIES and a very fast time

Story
