I just did this art. Took me one day. It's L but i dont think it really look like him. I try to do it in realism style but kind of unsuccessful. It's a shading practise for me. The more i draw, the more i think he is Light. But since i have decided to draw L, I forced myself to make it look like L. So i hope in the end it resemble L instead. Still working on this, maybe you can offer advice on how to make it look more like L. And this is part 1 of 2, Light is in planning.Related content

As for L, I think that his har should be more messy, and on the left side, you should probably layer his hair more... otherwise, it's good

It's a cute version of L, I love the way you drew his lips! And hair is nice too, i like it smooth, 'cause otherwise it would be unnatural, like he uses hair-gel or something, and using hair-gel is not like L at all!

Very good, although might I point out that L is only a quarter Japanese? (Russian, English, and a little bit of French/Italian according to Ohba). But I like it!

I think the eyes are good -- L is half-white and half-Japanese, so the way you did his eyes works. The only problem -- the thing that is making him look like Light -- is that his hair is too smooth and neat. It needs to be more messy -- way more messy! Other than that, great job.

It's not perfect, but this still looks pretty awesome. The shading of the hair could have been a bit smoother, but the shading of the skin looks great.

This is really awesome! You have a nice style! The only way you could make him look more like L, is maybe widen the eyes and make them deeper, more a tired look...maybe?

I guess his hair should be more messy but I do think it looks like L. You rule at drawing realism. It looks so much like him and the dark circles under his eyes to boot!

if movie,maybe you can try to make the hair more messy
if its anime,he has messy spiky hair...
