I really like this, and not just because I like blood and organs.
You could look at this very simple picture in so many ways and get so much out of it.
I myself like meat, but I do believe they need to find better, more humane ways of killing our food.

Oh, this is a wonderful piece, I don't get to see dangling meats enough in the week. This is a rough, rough shot full of expression. You could either think of the butcher as sinister, or just that gruff corner Meatcutter.
