Description
Inspired by Pasolini's Medea . I found it a flawed, but otherwise very interesting film, both visually and conceptually. I also felt it offered a good insight into the character of Medea, as a person who had lost their way of understanding the world as they had known it.Photoshop, Painter, a few hours altogether. Reference used for the hand, kindly shared by *batchix .

one thing i've never liked of that movie is that they didn't allowed medea to perfor the sacrifice at the beginning like it was planned...and i'll never understand why....it was in the plot and the passage between her society to the new one would have ben even more drastic

Which plot do you mean, exactly? Myths on the whole tend not to have a set plot.

Fascinating. I know the classical story, but know I want to see the movie.

The film is quite flawed in my view, like I said in the description. But it's also very capturing in a way.

I thought about that! It's just about right for it with that aspect ratio.

Is it just me or does it look like an epic male version of Midna's true form from The legend of Zelda Twilight princess.

I wouldn't know! You can look up Medea on wikipedia, though.
