the pens feel very similar. i only choose copics because theyre refillable

Can someone please tell me why Bison's cap has such an unpractical flap at front. I'm sure the flap is supposed to stick like normal caps and even military ones out but everyone keeps on making it flat against the forehead on drawings, including the people at Capcom. Other than that nice clean drawing

i think it started with the alpha series. alpha bison's cap was tiny and almost comical. i guess they ran with it and made the front bill go straight down as well. i don't mind it. definitely not practical though lol
