Sketches often have a life of their own not possessed by finished work, conveying the idea it might have been captured in only a few seconds while the subject was careless enough to get caught behaving normally. Though I'm sure it would make a find inked piece, I hope you keep the sketch available for just this reason.
I have no favorite part of the drawing, except perhaps the arm band.
