ย I suspect he sees mostly what is behind those eyes, not what is in front of them any more. It's the most deeply personal portrait I think you ever submitted, you got underneath this mans skin and bared a soul.

Oh my goodness Will, I was hoping I was wrong.
I got an awful sad, lost feeling from the image. A "past dwelling" soul, lost, not in our time and space, it's in the eyes and the face.
He reminds me of a guy you know and took pictures of who had something happen to him and isn't the same. He was brain damgaged or something.
How sad anyway, for both of them.
This dude could really use some uplifting energy.
We can bring it to him.

I recognise him now. This image is a far better portrait of the man don't you think ? Showing the eyes in close up this way is so moving.
