Description
One more sketch. Once again, an old one.
The thing in the center is some kind of a cavity with walls made of a very tightly stretched thin membrane (like a balloon inflated to its limit but the membrane is organic). The cord stretched through the cavity is a nerve or something close to it. Its middle part is connected to the wall of the cavity which is the closest to the viewer. The ear-like piece to the right of the cavity is also a membrane, but thicker and elastic. If you drop something on it, it will bounce off.
I feel tempted to say that large tapes on the left are made of steel, but most likely they are not. Still, they are metallic. The long branching thing at the bottom is a bundle of something in between conductors and muscle fibers covered with some kind of sheath, while the base of the branch (black stuff on the left) for some reason looks more like a spring.
Lines thrown randomly all over the place are wire, and the viscous liquid that can be seen here and there is either organic lubrication or technical one so that all these parts do not deteriorate and are able to function.
I can’t describe the rest of the elements, they just happened to be this way.
