We are half way through the craziest year I've seen. From fiercely partisan
politics, to a life changing force of nature, to a sobering reminder of what we
still need to do to fight prejudice and discrimination. But I know, as
Americans, we will persevere. And over time, we as a nation, and as a planet,
will be better for it.
