I must admit that Starburst is pretty close to canon, plus he's her oldest friend whom she lost contact with for a long time. So I pretty much accept this ship.
But at the very beginning, after her first two episodes, I really wanted her shipped with Double Diamond. I suppose because he was her most loyal lackey. I figured he had a crush on her.
