YESH!!!! FINALLY!!! Something a LOT more finished than most of my work has been latelyXPWell...there's a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNGGGG story behind this pic...and the charas within it...but...there's not enough room here to explain XP....but...it was a sketch I was itching to draw last week, then I decided I liked it so much that I decided to just go ahead and finish it off with colour^^...I scanned in and cleaned up the pencil sketch somewhat...thus the reason the lines look a bit ragged...so it wasn't inked, technically>.>;;
ANYHOW!! Tis my chara, Camara and 's chara Toren as a young boy.....we've made recent discoveries that....Camara and Toren knew eachother when they were QUITE young....Camara was about 16-18 years old(he ALWAYS looked young for his age
....Toren was about 9-10 years old....a captured happier moment laughing under the trees on the sun warmed grass....ah yes...those WERE happier times^___________________^Anyways...moving along!^O^
Done in pencil(scanned and printed out), Prismacolour markers, Copics, coloured pencils and white acrylic highlights.

The coloring makes me just chuckle and feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Heh. Reminds me of the good days I spend joking around with close friends. When spring winds around again, I'll have to thrown myself down underneath a tree for a laugh or two.

That is unbelievable!!! Unfortunately happy emotions arent as easy to find on DA as is sad, depressed, suicidal and what not. This is VERY happy- it made me VERY happy (just got done with surgery so u kno, im not in a ton of pain but im not exactly bouncing off the walls) and it is going to get a VERY happy fave!!

It's funny...they kinda reminded me of Tamahome and Tasuki from Fushigi Yuugi...when they were little kids, or something along those lines. Very very nicely done. Please keep up the good work

Wow, this picture really captures the carefree essence of summer days and younger years. I love those expressions on their faces, you really did a great job and it adds so much to the image. Great work with the colors as usual; despite how you use traditional mediums, your work often has a clarity and smoothness to it that I usually see only in digital stuff. Excellent work.

wow, I really love the colors. The colors are energenic, like I bet those two are. Not the ovewhelming type of energenic, but with a calmness to it that makes it like a memory. (That sounds so hippie, but that's what comes to mind)
