The lighting is nice, as is the pose, but unfortunately you need more depth of field, since the legs are out of focus from the knees down, as is the background. You could probably fix the focus by using a higher numbered F-stop, but that might give you a darker image, or one where the tungsten light starts to overtake the natural, making everything yellow/orange.
From the metadata, try a similar shot at 1/40th, F2.8 on 400ASA, or 1/40th, F4 on 800ASA.
