Definitely VERY cool. But since all others are in matching colors to their dragons, why is Hiccup green?

Maybe she was trying to get the colors of the Gargoyles form the TV show, cuz the colors of the HTTYD Characters hereΒ have the same colors as the ones from the show. Green was one of the characters, as was the bluish-grey, pale-goldish green, red, and the turquois-ish color the twins have.

But if the Riders are now Gargoyles, then what about the dragons?

Instead of fixating on making them steeds, the gargoyles would fly alongside their companions and learn Dragonese, like in the books. :-D
