I don't want to sound rude and all... So I'll just ask. Is it okay for me to point out a few things that could be improved?

Alright then.
First, the eyes. They aren't glossy enough. The eye shine needs to be bolder. If anything, eye shines are usually just little white dots or lines or even squares. Depends on what you like. But the fading effect makes them look dry. It's a common mistake, I was there too.
And too much soft shading. I know what you were going for, but even with soft shading you need to have some sharp places. Like under her chin. It should be sharper, at least at the edges, close to where the head and neck meet.
I'm sorry if this isn't too helpful, I'm still learning things too.
