Description
"What can you do, oh, what can you do?When the entire world has turned against you?
When all hope seems to disappear?
Can you tell me what to do here?
When all hope is lost, and the good times fade,
When good memories and smiles die away.
What can you do, oh, what can you do?
To help me, somehow, make a breakthrough?"
"Thinking dark thoughts will get you nowhere,
If you do think dark thoughts, then you'd best beware.
To ruin one life, you ruin countless others'
And you'll be the one who is 'under the covers'.
So remember this when going through life,
At the end of a tunnel, there is always a light.
And whenever you're feeling very sad or blue,
Remembering this is what you can do"

What I like about this poem is its positive message. It is simple, well worded, straight to the point, and gives hopes for those who have none.
I also like your explanation, it clarifies certain things and lifts up the whole poem beautifully.
Well done ^.^
