Garret always seem to know where to find his mate. But then again she was usually one of three places. Most days she spent in the nursery helping her trusted queen and friend keesra tend to the larva. Or she was home taking care of Zark and his young sister. If not one of these two places she was out hunting or tending her extensive garden.
Today though she was held up in her nursery placing her squirming little ones into certain pools of liquids. This systematic sorting would help her to determine the unit they would become.

Between his claws the hulking Zerg overlord held a small delicate flower. It's soft white petals were lined with the most vibrant reds and golds. Truly a flower fit for his queen.
Korhana heard him long before he entered the nursery. His visits were nothing but common. He'd check on her and her work and even bring her food when her care taking ran late into the night. She turned and smiled at him, his presence always put her at ease.
"Hello my beloved." His tone was a gentle caress, so unlike the tone he used with his underlings and warriors. "I bring you a gift."
"Have you now?" She gazed at the flower and her eyes went wide. "A comet Lily. Where in the world did you find that?" She took it gingerly and smelled it's sweet perfume. "I love it." She chimed cheerfully.
"I saw it and it's beauty reminded me of you. Of course it pales in comparison to the most magnificent flower in all the universe." Korhana looked up to meet his gaze. "And what flower would that be?" She inquired.
"You." He chuckled and kissed her. "I'll leave you to your work now." With that he spun on his heels and left. 'I'll have to repay him later.' She mused to herself with a grin and proceeded with the sorting process.
