Great picture
But have a question, how is it possible to get this sharp/depth in the picture with F.22?
What kind of lens did you use?
I mostly take my macro pictures with 135mm and F5.6 or lower if possible to achieve this kind of pictures.
But most of the time i'm not able to get so much detail like in your picture. Or did you cropped it?

Dark-Raptor In reply to yoontjuh [2009-09-22 07:50:31 +0000 UTC]

Hi.

In Nikkor 105/2.8 it is possible. Diffraction is much worse with f25-32, but I've been taking pictures with f45 but the image was blur.

It was a bit cropped. With extension tubes you can get fantastic magnifications.

PS: If you get this more then once, it means more then one of your pieces was in my article, seeing is there is well over 120, as well if you get this and don't see your piece, I forgot it and I am sorry for the trouble.

amazing detail and sharpness !!
On this one you \'just\" used the 105mm ? i assume you\'ve been pretty close to the \"model\"...

Thank you

Yes, I used 105 but also extension rings and x2 teleconverter. It was really calm, so I was able to take its shot from the 10-15 cm.

Dark-Raptor In reply to Dunadan-from-Bag-End [2007-11-13 10:33:16 +0000 UTC]

Chyba tak

Ja właśnie przerabiam niedługo swój. Dam większy wylot, by bardziej równomiernie rozprowadzić światło.

a ja jakiś czas temu znalazłem fajne dyfuzory jakiejś firmy - składane, można nawet do kieszeni włożyć. Ale chyba jeszcze sam pokombinuję...

Nie no, ja też.
