Description
This wallpaper was made with the 3D-software Blender and the renderer Cycles. The Blender-version was 2.70aand it took 1 hour and 55 minutes to render the final result in a resolution of 4k (GPU, GTX 760).
The used texture is from the following website: freestocktextures.com/texture/…

In real-time the creation-process took 2 hours.

You can download the final result in the following resolutions:
1. 3840x2160px: 8bit / png,
2. 2560x1440px: 8bit / png,
3. 1920x1080px: 8bit / png
Because of the original PNG-file, the download is quite big!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This time, there is no "Premium Content", because the ".blend"-file has a size of
about 80mb. If you want the original ".blend"-file, you can ask me for it. I will
upload it then for a price of 40 points.
This picture is also available as a print!

And last but not least I would appreciate it, if you leave a comment or a positive vote!

Looks very realistic Although at full resolution you can see some creases in the sphere, because of the subsurface modifier (I think).

Thank you very much! Yes, you are right, it is because of the subsurface modifier. Maybe I will upload an update without these imperfection soon!
Also unfortunately it is a little bit grainy, but I do not have the time to render a couple hours more!
