My entry for 's OC contest, her OC Viola and my OC penelope, I had so much fun drawing them and she has such awesome characters it was really hard picking a character to draw. XD So you get them enjoying their suckers. XD oh yes and in case you guys don't realize it: the dress is kind of a mock of the dress that Prince Diamond put Serena/Usagi in when he kidnapped her (the dress Penelope is wearing)Related content
