Description
I am really proud to present you my finished LE Belle doll repaint from the live action beauty and the beast, potrayed by Emma Watson!I've seen the live action for the second time today, it's so beautiful!
I remolded her left eyelid using air-drying clay, then i repainted her using high quality artist acrylic paint and soft pastels for the blushing/shading.
Everything was sealed and fake lashes were added.
Her hair was (slightly) restyled and the necklace was shortened.
I think she resembles Emma a lot more now!
Before and after picture coming soon!
I will post a lot more pictures of her with her complete dress on my Tumblr page!:

I hope you like her as much as i do!

Love your work. I want to start customizing my dolls as well. What types of paints do you you use? I've tried acrylic paints but they don't hold up well. It gets all bubbly.

Thank you! I'd recommend highly pigmented acrylic paint, usually sold for artist. Maybe it has to do with the quality of the paint you were using?

I was never too fond of the dress, until I found out that the designer asked their 5 year-old daughter to draw I think five dresses that Belle should wear for the scene. Then they picked the one they liked the best.
This is the one that was chosen.
It was such a sweet story, my opinion totally changed!

Really sweet story, i heard they also choose this design so Emma the actress could move in it easier.

I still miss the original.
It looks too much like the dress from Goblet of Fire.

I don't know the movie you named, but i think the original dress would've looked a tap to much over the top for me. I like both

Emma Watson was in the Harry Potter films
She wore a pink flowy dress, so it looks a little too close to what she wore as Hermoine Granger

Yeah, it just took away from me trying to distinguish her as Hermoine from her as Belle.
If the dress was more like the original, I would have preferred it.

Great job! I have not seen the 'before' look of the doll, but I immediately could see this is Emma Watson as Belle. No question there!
