Inspired by the following poem by TheSeventhStorm This poem really hit home for me so I just had to paint something for it...Shattered
All the damage you’ve done,
But you simply don’t care.
Whoever saw me now,
Wouldn’t even be aware.
No broken bones or bruises,
No missing feathers or scars,
Just my shattered soul.
You attacked me from within,
Your weapons cruel and cold.
You stole my pleasant future,
And I can no longer sleep.
Every night I’m wide awake
And I cannot help but weep.
I’ve forgotten who I was,
But I know what you are
And what I’ve become.
I scrawl “monster” on the wall
With my claw and scarlet blood.

Yes... yes... that's the kind of vicious art I love. It's so similar to the idea I had in my mind the resemblance is uncanny! Man oh man this really gets the adrenaline flowing. You know what they say: great minds think alike!
