She just happened to use the same photo I did from the same stock artist. This is my version, thats her version, since its a stock photo you can use it for what you want as long as you follow the stock artists rules and don't violate copyright laws.

I have actually paid money for this stock photo from dreamstime.com (you can find it there if you do a search) but Im not sure if that website has, who knows. My bases are covered

I hope I didn't come across as not admiring your work, because that I do. I noticed the similarity and it struct me as odd.

Some people I have noticed do not respect people hard work and effort, I'm probably a little more aware of that since I've had people actually claim my stuff as their own.

Well you came across accusing me pretty much lol and I know how it feels to have your work stolen, mine is stolen every single day and used for lots of different things.

As an artist, i would never do that.

It just so happens that many people use the same stock photos =/


Anyway - I understand your concern, I hope you see that that is not what happened here.

Oh I should also add you can't use MY version, but you could use the photo itself if you got it from the stock site or the stock provider.

Never heard of Silverywitch.com - if its in MY gallery here - its MY work. I used a stock photo that I purchased at Dreamstime.com - but the rest is MY work, and its protected by copyright, I do not edit anyone elses work - EVER. These are my images, and my hard work.

I will check out that site, its possible that they have my work, as i do not edit other peoples works. This is a photomanipulation, but many peices in my gallery are paintings that I have done by hand.

Maybe it was a stock piece they used...its the same body holding the roses, but the manipulations are different.

It is a stock piece, I actually purchased the photo from a site called Dreamstime.com.

The manipulations are very different.
