"Riversoul, you can't do this!" Frostpool yowled. "Cedarclan are too weak for any catastrophe! Please, tell me what you mean!"
She darted forward, following Riversoul as she pelted through the frozen forest until the fog got so dense she couldn't see her paws in front of her muzzle. She stopped, panting, and looked around.
Starclan can't do this to us! They can't!

Suddenly, out in the distance, she could hear rushing water. Frostpool pricked her ears up towards the sound, narrowing her eyes as she strained to see. It became louder and louder until it was nearly a deafening roar, when an endless river of blood gushed out from out of sight and swept the Cedarclan medicine cat off her paws. She let out a yowl of terror, but her head sunk under the waves of the red liquid and she thrashed her paws, trying to get to the surface. Then the words of Riversoul echoed in her ears, "No clan can survive without blood; Without it coursing through the working limbs of their warriors, and without shedding it from foe and self in place of their clan. It is the blood of each cat that runs into the heart of the clan, and CedarClan's heart is deteriorating. The blood must remain in flow and becoming increasingly stronger to keep the heart alive, similarly to how your leader must rise. Be the ice within your clan's veins, the solid ground for their paws to walk upon, and prepare yourself for the infections in the blood."

Then the world quickly flashed back into the small room next to the Moon pool.
