Description
I love the movie Lilo and Stitch! It was one of Disney's last good movies before they turned to CGI. I'm really proud of this one because of the guitar/ukelele, which took me forever to do (since I had no freakin' clue what I was doing!). The background was meant to look watercolor-ish but it kinda failed, ah well, nobody's perfect.STITCH IS SO FLUFFYYYYY.

Sorry for not finishing a comment, the keyboard on my tablet has glitched and sent the message before I could finish it.
Well, actually, Disney started making good 3D movies recently( see Wreck-It Ralph, Tangled, and especially Frozen) . I really like these ones. Also, they returned to traditional animation as well when they made The Princess and the Frog. BTW, I totally don't understand what these prejudice against 3D animation is all about. If they think it's easy to make a cartoon this way, as an amateur 3D artist( sorry, no works in this account so far, because I moved) I can tell them that while it might seem so, it's not. It is really hard and takes a lot of time to produce a good looking 3D model, and takes even more time to pose a character in a single frame( I'm not talking about the renders and how much does one have to do that to make an entire movie) . Also, 3D modelling sometimes involves digital 2D drawings if one wants to put a custom texture instead of using the preset materials. If that's because of the whole anti-computer prejudice, they should understand that the world constantly evolves( if it didn't, we would still be cave people) , and the computers are a results of that. Just because they can't conquer their irrational fear of new things and strong devotion to a tradition, doesn't mean that new things and changes are bad. If they don't like computers, they can just refuse to use them, instead of sitting in the Internet and lamenting about how bad computers are( which is obviously hypocritical) . New things might be what we are not used to, but that means our traditions must shape in accordance to progress, instead of the traditions controlling the progress. Same is with 3D art. It might be something new and unusual to us, but it doesn't mean we have to destroy it just because it differs from our expectations. 2D and 3D are both different forms of art, 3D might be newer than 2D, yet saying that 2D is better than 3D is like saying that the colour purple is better than the colour green. Some people might like 2D more, some might like 3D more, some( like me) might like both, and it really is up to the animation studio to choose whether to do in 2D or 3D. It doesn't affect the quality, and either must be done well as one of the components for a successful cartoon( because it's really pitiful to see some bad, MS Paint - made shorts on YouTube which look like they've been drawn by a 4-year-old, so as you can see, 2D animation can be badly done as well) . As long as the cartoon itself is good, I enjoy the cartoon regardless of the way they did the animation.
