so beautiful, i have a question, for the light do you use a special effect of photoshop or something like this?

Not really, just using the normal Photoshop tools that everyone else has. I make use of Linear Dodge blending mode on my brush which can do a decent job of mimicking a light effect if used correctly but I wouldn't consider that a fancy technique since it's just a basic blending mode. You'll gain more from understanding light, how it behaves and how to use it than from any PS tricks I know.
