may I? he doesn't look stressed or sad (many people explains smoking as a way of dealing with stress). He's tilting his head with satisfaction, looking pretty happy with himself; his pose is relaxed. He's nearly smiling.
I also agree that many pieces of art promotes smoking as cool (no offence to the artist)

I do not agree. This artwork is not smoking propaganda. In Russia we have a saying: «Everyone thinks the best of their promiscuity». In other words, a man sees what he wants to see. In this case, this artwork not the promotion of smoking, since there is no objective evidence of this. Smoking in this artwork only artistic technique, not more.
P.S: I don't want to quarrel with you. I just expressed my opinion to which you are right to disagree and to ignore. And I would not like to argue on the issue, sorry.

Blowing smoke into the baby dragon's face was part of my request for the picture. It's meant to showcase the amusing relationship between the guy and his pet dragon. The little dragon perched on his hat and was originally looking over the edge trying to assert its dominance. Vlad's response was to show that he too could 'blow fire' and blew a puff of smoke into the dragon's face.

The baby dragon is so cute. He has much trust in to his master and sits on his head. But there is so much smoke.did the master produce this, maybe to show the baba dragon how to make fire or is the baby dragon so far, that he can make fire, totally by himself. Anyway this deserves praise for both man and their super good picture.
