She look like a proud valkyrie. She is very well done, very cool!
The bakground is realy cool to but I think you may can find an even more suitable background for her, maybe a background with stronger or darker colours...

This is really cool. It looks like a lot of work went into it. The only thing that bugged me were her blades. I think you should add some reflected light to them. They kinda look dull and artificial. Add some reflection to them and it will be awesome. Other than that - I love this.
