In the style of a vector art piece but based on pixel layers.Made in Paintshop Pro 7.04
Time: 7 hours continuous for eyebrows and hair and "finishing touches" 8 hours continuous for everything else
About No idea... loads of merging

I was looking for an image to "do" and I saw this one and thought it just screamed "do me! do me! do me!". I think it is my best to date. I love it.

Wow. Brilliant. Did you add the laced-up mouth? The tears are magnificient.
I'm actually doing a year-long project on a somewhat similar theme (if I understood yours properly) of beauty evolution throughout time and the impact it has on our modern criteria and how it has somehwat emprisonned the women of today. Something like that anyways

Nice attention to detail, really like how you've done the tears, but I think that the shading around the neck is a bit lacking. In terms of the neck itself, rather than the shadow of the jaw, which is amazing.
