I agree, 100%! After we watched the season 3 finale, I told my husband, part of me hopes that Jaune will follow Pyrrha into the afterlife... then, they can be together! I'm still upset about her passing, but I know it was necessary to move the story along. People keep telling me that Pyrrha will be back (and they can believe that if they want...), but I don't think so. Her voice actress even said Pyrrha is gone and I just can't see them bringing her back. Monty was an amazing storyteller, especially at this point in RWBY. He wouldn't want this show to be one that resurrects favorite characters, just because the fans whine enough.

Anyway, thank you for commenting! It's funny you mentioned Dream Come True and Shine... I was listening to them when I drew this.

While I do agree that I don't think she will come back (to life) I have a feeling her role in the story isn't over. Jen Brown chose her words very carefully, she said she always knew Pyrrha's fate, so there could be (and this is just a theory based on what little I know of Joan of Arc) parts where Pyrrha still contributes to the story via "voice from beyond" or flashback. Like I can see Jaune being "guided" (for lack of a better term) By Pyrrha's voice like Joan was by the voice of God as she called it, this especially seems like a possibility given that Pyrrha "unlocked Jaune's soul (aura) so who knows. Jaune said how he wanted to be the hero (kind of like how Pyrrha was) and given RT's take on hero's (see Church's quote from Red Vs. Blue) and Jaune's inspiration and the fact that Cinder has the power of fire........Well yeah, I feel more feels in the future of RWBY. but I digress, this is all just speculation. Long story short I really like your artwork and I like you outlook on the series (i.e. you're not in crippling denial or blunt "she's dead get over it") I look forward to seeing more of your work haha.

As for the songs, they are fantastic, I still listen to them with the saddest smile on my face while I do, or so I imagine haha. Apparently Jaune and Pyrrha have what Jeff Williams claimed to be their own song, it's the last 3 minutes or so of Forever Fall pt. 2 from the Volume 1 album (Or Jaune an Pyrrha's theme on youtube) I find it very relaxing and knowing it is their song made me happier in some regard. Anyways take it easy!

Thank you and they're my favorite, as well. It sucks that Pyrrha was killed off, but it's still an amazing story and I look forward to what is to come.

Pyrrha's voice actress, Jen Brown, confirmed on Twitter that she is dead and she won't be revived. She said Monty had it planned from the very beginning that Pyrrha would die.

I've already seen it, but rarely believe anything non-writers say, since no one is going to spoil a future plot line.
