It has been said in dread whispers in the galaxy that anyone who has crossed the path of Claudius Grimm and managed to survive the encounter was very fortunate, for Grimm's turbulent path amongst the star-charted space-ways has been littered with corpses.

Grimm has boasted without reserve or qualm that he is the most wanted man in space, and justifiably so; his list of nefarious and sinister accomplishments is as vast and lengthy as the cosmos itself, and the dandified madman and his band of brigands formed from various alien races has been pursued by authorities for years, including the famed Galactic Sentinels, blue-uniformed law enforcement officers dedicated to maintaining law and order in the cosmic frontier.

One such person who has to keep a vigilant eye out for trouble, especially from the likes of Claudius Grimm, is Kyra Zarakhova herself, who made the unfortunate mistake of making a fool of Grimm when she had made a deal for a valuable shipment of rare goods to a desperate planet in need of them. Grimm was supposed to steal the shipment for himself but Kyra managed to hide away with the items and eventually delivered them, wounding Grimm's pride in the process.

Ever since that fateful day, Grimm has played an occasional and potentially dangerous game of cat-and-mouse with the adventurous cargo runner and her friends. For unknown reasons only known to that narcissistic criminal himself, Kyra can be counted as one of the few who crossed Claudius Grimm's path and survived; how long she can count on remaining alive if she faces Grimm again remains to be seen.
