Rani Labs is a section of the science division featuring several Bio domes. As can be seen here The experiments have gotten loose and the place is locked down. These Experiments were done by Rani to try and recreate magical fantasy creatures scientifically with SCIENCE! based abilities instead of magical. Already you saw Alraune and Dryads. Now we see Harpies, A kitsune who has entranced Chowa to be a shrine maiden devoted to her and a were wolf.
