Awesome work here, I really like the design of this dragon. I like the variation of scales in key areas, designs like this help me make better dragons. I tend to catch myself drawing too much of the same scales all over.

Thanks! I try to vary sizes a bit to make it more natural... I guess cause there isn't much that's exactly symmetrical in nature (well there are some exceptions but you get what I mean

This is very beautiful, the wind-swept snow was done very well indeed. I also like how the dragon is colored differently from the more common snow/ice dragon colors out there ^^
