Yes! Don't get me wrong I love your canines, absolutely love, but it's always a nice breath of fresh air to see something a little out of the ordinary and also good as an artist to expand one's horizons

gouache is really fun. I never used it until my college professor made it the main medium for my class last year but its really great. It can be kind of tricky but once you start learning its great fun to work with. plus, all you need is cyan, magenta, yellow, and white. Black, for convenience, but you can always mix that yourself. I like that it can be used like watercolor, or thicker like acrylic. And that after it dries, water will make it a little workable again. Great for touching up
