Description '...Where is your god now?'


THIS. took hours to draw. But I really enjoyed it. ( and I always get sad whenI have finished a drawing like this, it's like finishing a really good game/book :'D )
I drew this with delicious markers, feltpens and white gelly roll pen.
I scanned the artwork with a black-and white setting (since the scanner at my dads work is really slow otherwise). The original is more cold-grey than warm-grey.

My memory of what inspired me to draw the artwork is a little fuzzy, since I drew this artwork 5 years ago, BUT... I believe the biggest inspiration for the artwork was a mix of my own phobia for blood transfusions/bloodbags and music.

I think it's fantastic!
This is a drawing that makes me feel cold, as if the blood transfusion was recently extracted from the refrigerator.
And it causes some itching all over the body to see so many things running through her skin,Β this drawing playing with my mirror neurons.

woah!! Awesome man.. I am sure ive seen this before! Well, anyways I love it, such a raw cold almost wet feel to it, like wet cold steel, piercing all around the skin.. The brain is my favorite part, like a perfect topping to this piece. the way the cloth folds open for it is beautiful
