Description
With some help from Xyrus-02 with colors and kindly rendered by BoxTail (because he couldn't stand my fractals to be rendered at only 1000 value for quality
So...yeah, I tried to go back to the past and add "bokeh" (or whatever you want to call them). I can't make anything more than this at the moment, I'm waiting for inspiration to come back.

i tried to add a blank flame for the bokeh, and the result is not very satisfying...would you care to explain how did you create the bokeh
i guess the blank flame is not working to all 3D fractal then..

Beautiful fractal creation - I like the dreamy rain look of the piece.

Another gem! This one looks like you've capture photosynthesis in the act This is what a flower sees when photons rain down on it

Just incredible, dear Silvia! Your fractal art is always presented with brilliant color and beautiful lighting, it's like staring into a freamy scene! Β Β Β

Ough, rendering takes forever on my laptop, I'm with you when it comes to low values
Lovely as always

The sad thing is that I don't own a laptop (I have an iMac)!

It's not really difficult, if you need help just ask.
Thank you!

I normally add blur3d (0.05-0.1)Β to my last normal transform before my final transform.
but they end up as soft orbs. and sometimes it doesn't suit my image.

This kind of bokeh is doable in 3D flames with depth blur (the one from adjustment window) and a crackle xform (with crackle_scale=0 and crackle_distort > 0).

does it need to be on a 3d flame like a flower?
I tried on a 2d flame but it didn't work. I just got tiny tiny dots.

Yes, it needs to be 3D flame.
