but I have to say I'm stunned.
you cannot steal her design and use it for your own personal characters. She put a lot of hard work into making this, and her art and designs are copyrighted! It's even worse that offered to "work something out"; if the artist says you can't use the design, you can't use it.

under dA's submission policy, everything and anything you post is copyrighted under your name! They absolutely do not have permission to use your designs! (which are amazing OAO)
