Young Kelley Stacey should have had an idyllic life. She grew up in beautiful Hermosa Beach, California, just steps from the ocean, and her Bohemian parents lavished her with love and support. However, when her mother was killed in a freak surfing accident, Kelley’s world began to crumble and fall apart. Kelley’s father neglected her and she was abused by a close friend of the family, causing her already fragile psyche to fracture. A new, stronger persona emerged to protect Kelley, one capable of unleashing tremendous psychokinetic powers.
Years after her first psyochotic break, Kelley is now a highly-decorated detective in the Los Angeles Police Department. Her tenacity has earned her several commendations and she has solved more “cold” cases than any other detective on the force. However, when she can’t get the job done as Detective Stacey, Kelley turns to her alter-ego, the electically-charged vigilante Breaker, to dole out street justice.

Ha! THey could definitely put on a light show! However, considering Lillith (in red) is pure evil, that might not be such a good idea. Of course, maybe Breaker would protect you!
