Judging from the context my guess is it ends with Twilight, having only read the first paragraph of the letter before freaking out into clean mode, the second paragraph states Celestia planned the party at her place to begin with.Β

Kind of a weird way to end a story that involves Twilight trying to clean the place up before Celestia gets there.Β
This is starting to feel like a "Cliffhanger" ending of a final anime episode, the ending is THAT misplaced!

It usually happens to anime that have a 12-26 episode line-up like The Guyver: Bioboosted Armor, Blood-C, Deadman Wonderland, and several others I can't place with their names.
