Description When you run your own business creating images for people like I do, it's worth your while learning (and hopefully mastering) as many different methods of image creation as possible. In the middle of 2008, I decided it was time to learn my way around Blender. I started by running through a whole bunch of tutorials, and then went about trying to recreate a whole bunch of household objects as realistically and accurately as possible. This was a render from one of those practice sessions.

well they have the head in pre shapes, but I can't make an object from sratch

Just takes some practice... Work trough some of the tutorials and you'll quickly get a feel for how to model stuff

You can only select faces when in editmode. You have 3 different selection modes, vertex, edge and face. The buttons for those are to the right of the pull down menu where you select edit/object mode. There are some excellent beginner tutorials at [link]

i read noob to pro, until it got to a point where it was too complicated to understand, I'll see about face selection to see if It works
