the only thing that bothers me, is on the left side of the guy, it looks like its not storming, its light over there...i dont know why but it just looks that way to me.

Just did. very nice. IMHO the black border isn't neccessary. Plus you already told us the title it's at the top of your page. Title's to me are for book jackets or if they were part of the original design to begin with.
