The overall concept is very interesting and creative. I like your use of color and the textures you used to create the rain on the window are nothing short of incredible. However, my main criticism is that the picture is very busy. I can see what you were trying to do by having us see through the window out into the scene, but at first I was confused by the sign. Also, the hand print makes the window concept clearer, but takes away focus from the main point of your picture. The girl in the red has beautiful color choice and shading, but again, some may agree it adds to the business. Also, the ballet like forms of the main characters are lovely, but you should differentiate between the two figures by giving them different tones, because it's almost hard to tell the separate bodies apart the way you've positioned them. Very nice colors, textures and mood, a little overcrowded conceptually, distracting from the focal point. Good job!
