I pretty much just use the default pen tool on Sai with the pen pressure down all the way!

I fancy her pose -- it's an adorable pose! It looks like she is trying to glide through air! Isn't that what the evolution of Dratini does, too, except for that it's flying? I think that is what makes this drawing so lovable. The character seems so ambitious because of it!
