great-man, vicky and dr. shock face the cy-droids in this second part of the invasion for Maximum Destruction.i feel like i needed to put more information on this page. but i'll let you be the judge. i was also worried when designing this page that there wasn't enough destruction going on.

thanx! i wondered as i was drawing it if the cy-droids vaporizing citizens (a la tom cuise's war of the worlds movie) would be over the top. but, i was also thinking about what psy-void's orders were.

been watching a lot of zombie movies and reading robopocalypse (where robots wage war on humanity). really got me in the mood for this kind of stuff!

thanx. he is a pretty grumpy old man sometimes. he's usually at odds with great-man. gm has a definite prejudice against non human looking heroes. to top it off, thunder jack married great-man's sister and had a kid (non human, of course) with her. gm hates him. which makes gm an arrogant ass, i guess, but that's his character.
maybe gm can get some redemption in this story?

i also wasn't sure it was clear, but i wanted to make sure that readers knew that great-man had heard of psi-void, but has never actually met/fought him before.

To me it sounded like Great Man knows who he is, and might have had some dealings with him since he knows about the Cy-Droids capabilities. But you left it open enough to leave it up to the reader for now until we find out more. I can try to touch on that in the intro to chapter 2.

thanx. i drew tons of pics of cy-droids, but couldn't fit them all in one page. i want to give the sense that they're everywhere all at once and just destroying everything.
