All right, so this is in Piegon Forge, Tennessee, there's one in Branson, Missouri. I wonder if there are any other Titanic museums in the US besides those two.
As for the setting, yeah it'd be nice in nighttime, but you know something? I think it illustrates something. If the iceberg was seen during the day, that's another factor I believe would have helped prevent the tragedy.

Wouldn't Titanic have the Irish flag or the white star line flag not a US one? I dont know anything about ships other then their registries are always in one country or another.

I forgot to add on my post that your picture really brought the Titanic into "real life" for me. Black and white photos and movie stills arent the same thing as a color picture like this. For a moment I could feel and see how it must have been. I think primarily because the image of the ship was not 3D render perfect; it has bumps and uneven spots like the real ones do.
