Villainous' original language is actually English! So the English version exists, they just haven't posted them for us / aired it in the US yet. There's a few versions of the episodes up on YouTube with fansubs though!

Hmm, I couldn't tell ya! So far it's only being aired in Mexico but, hopefully it'll be a world-wide thing soon! Though you can find the whole series online Here on the official CN LA YouTube, and there are versions with fan-subs around YouTube you can find pretty easily!
