I've been wanting to draw the Prince from the Japanese game Katamari Damacy ever since my boyfriend and I got it, and here is the first result! I used a (to me) new program called "Alias Sketchbook" to draw this out on my boyfriend's computer.
Isn't the Prince and his katamaris CUTE?! XD

Well, my Wacom tablet certainly helps QUITE a bit with drawing into the computer. XD My mouse skills are good, but not great by any means...

Yes, I will admit, the art style of Katamari is VERY.... well, "odd" is an understatement. However, I do really appreciate it's originality, so of course I had to try it out at least once.
And you gotta admit, a little bitty guy like this Prince rolling a 10 meter, 50 meter, and even 300 (!) meter "katamari" (ball) around is awfully.... cute and odd at the same time! XD
