This is a commissioned piece I just finished for someone. It was a fun one to create as most commissioned pieces are.I love the adventurous challenge of getting into another's mind and figuring out what they want.

If I was to want all three volumes to match in leather (dye and source, anyway), I would need to order them at the same time right, not as the books are printed?

Yes taht is correct. I would have to order the leather and purchase enough to examine the grain and quality I also would need to have the text block of each edition provided preferrably in signature form. This is something you can talk to your printer about.
