In the year of 1888, London was terrified by an elusive killer that was never caught.He was named Jack the Ripper.
This 5x7 Leather bound journal has over 250 pages of cream paper for the text block. The cover is decorated with simple line tooling, hand painted flourishes and fitted with a decorative patina filigree.
The book has a three cord spine and hand sewn head bands.
The inside end sheets are a replica of an actual letter Jack the Ripper wrote to the police boasting about his killings.

Awesome book, Love the cover.
Did you know the letter sent the police was thought to be a fake? but the name jack the ripper COMES from the letter as well as ''the leather apron''.

Wow, this is beautiful, and the concept is so clever! Jack the Ripper has captured imaginations since that year, and there are so many fictional works on the case... I'm going to have to save up some $ for one of your books, but my writing is so atrocious I'd have to do some serious practicing before I'd let myself touch it with ink.
