I'm not a BW person but this is a lovely cat portrait. I'm glad she likes posing for you. My guy is a ham and a camera hog so it's easy for me.

Needy cats can be fun because you can get them to do things other cats won't for pats and treats.

What is that? None of my cats have ever let me go potty alone. BK stalks me when I'm indesposed. Sneaks down the room (20ft long) at me. Freezes when I look at him and slowly inches his way toward me each time I look away. If I don't look periodically to see he's made progress, he'll chirp at me so I'll look. If he makes it all the way to me, all he wants is a pat and a tail pull.

Thank you!! I have two cats, one is a willing model....the one up above and the other HATES the camera! So I completely understand your pain.
It just takes time and patience and natural light and no flash, and you should be able to get at least one good shot from your kittie. I can't wait to see it once you do!
